Is Pazel an eco-conscious brand?

Our cardboards and boxes are made from recycled/recyclable material. We pack pieces in a reusable cotton bag to decrease plastic waste.


Can I frame my puzzle?

Sure! with a puzzle glue that combines an adhesive with a lacquer. It not only holds the puzzle together, it provides a protective gloss finish that dries clear. Make sure that the puzzle is as flat as possible before applying the glue. Wait there is more! You can also hang your puzzle! You can get it custom framed at a specialized framing store.

Orders to Lebanon are delivered for free within 2 to 3 working days. You can, sometimes, receive your delivery on the same day, depending on the address.

For international orders, additional shipping fees apply depending on our shipping partner. International shipping rates vary and will be displayed at checkout. Your package will be delivered within three to 10 business days, depending on your location.

What's the status of my order?

You will receive an email when your order is placed and again when it has shipped. If you created an account during checkout, sign in with the same email address and password to check on orders updates.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
